In late 1999 B Street’s Managing Partner opened JC Jones and Company Boutique Caterers. Upon accepting the position at B Street the two businesses were merged. The very first event for JC Jones and Company was for friends Mr and Mrs Derek Bender. It was a outside wedding for 200 guests serving all vegetarian cuisine.
